I'm curious if anyone has followed up on progress of the debentures?  How many have been sold?  How much demand is there for them?  Given the risk profile, the debentures seem like a pretty decent return with attractive options.  I have close to 70k shares so they are not an option for me, I've invested enough capital to date and not in a position to allocate more.  Not to question Smither...can others confirm this is the case "If IMC does nothing before that deadline, then they will be legally bound to complete the offtake and provide the $30M within the 60 days thereafter (around 23 August)."  Thanks and GTLA
