RE: IMC negotiations at the end of the day the mine will be operational , so if it takes longer becuse of the games being played by the heavy hitters ,so be it , the longs will end up benefitting by the predictable dips should there be any further delays in a final agreement between IMC and Woulfe .. which will allow buying opportunities .
