absouletly excellent news!  This is most definitely one of the main catalyst a lot of people have been waiting for.  We should have a have a huge spike in volume today as people breathe a sigh of relief which builds to utter excitement and I can hear BUY, BUY, BUY. Interesting the news release didn't mention IMC directly but chose to do so indirectly with the equity deal and APT plant.  My opinion is  they didn't want to conflate the two and have a big misunderstanding again wtih a poorly worded PR. The announcement of the debentures could come tomorrow for another catalyst.  And then the big one will be IMC on Friday.  How sweet would that be?
