Great news

Good to hear the IMC DD is complete.  The news release states that " In partnership with IMC, Woulfe is developing the Sangdong mine.......".  Therefore, it is a done deal.  The Venture Exchange and especially IMC (and Woulfe) would not allow this statement to be made public if the partnership is not legally binding.  If it is not true, then Woulfe is legally liable for fraudulent misrepresentation. Feedback?

PS I have owned WOF for a long time and have not sold any. Yet.
