Two clarifications required for two NR's in a few months plus a retractment, restatement, reissue of substantial information announcement recently, forced on the company by the authorities.   Draw your own conclusions on your first sentence....

And with regards to the second part. What is the 60 day deadline???  Does anyone here know the date that expires as I can not establish the very material information??
