RE: Bank NR Well, the title could vaguely imply that the financing is happening now, but the article makes it fairly clear that the bank has about 4 - 6 weeks of DD left, whereupon the financing should be completed.
I suspect, what is left unsaid here, is that the bank has effectively *started* it's DD based on the fact that IMC has *completed* theirs, and that probably (this is conjecture on my part) the bank wasn't going to start DD until IMC completed theirs -- I suspect the IMC DD goes a long way towards smoothing out DD for the bank.
