It is evident that things are getting very close to an agreement, ie; by making sure that everyone is playing by the rules and reporting any changes on insiders holdings , otherwise TSX starts asking a lot of questions and guess what no approval by TSX. ( WOF is dealing with IMC, Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett) and the Korean Bank where everything has to be above board on any errors or omissions). Its called managing money the Warren Buffet way.
This is only my observation of my DD. I could be wrong as I have been wrong before.
