I don't know if offering Woulfe shareholders the opportunity to purchase more shares at a discount is such a good thing.

Look at our share volume over the past several months..... up to 1% of the shares trade (if that). That means that 99% of the shareholders believe this stock has phenominal potential regardless of investment methodology used. Well, we may be a major contributing factor of our own stock price fluctuations. Most of us are not willing to sell, while the weak hands and the day traders manipulating the stock price. The bottom line is that we need the daily volume of trades to increase significantly. And most of us won't let them go so cheaply hence we need a significantly higher price..... basically we are at a stalemate.

So selling more shares to us (believers) at a discount is not such a good idea. We need new believers and news to make this stock really pop. The key is advertising and getting to production.

We should hear something shortly after the IMC loan has expired. 

P.S. I don't have to tell you all to keep the faith, the daily share volume says it all.
