RE:News ...I agree.   I think this might well be positive news.

Obviously it is a conflict for Ned to be on the board and do the financing at the same time.

You can not be considered to be negotiating terms (interest rate and so forth) on behalf of Woulfe when it is your company that is providing the financing.

The fact that they mention conflict of interest in the release sounds to me like Ned has made a decision to provide at least some financing.
