Well, there is your first mistake right there. I read their posts for months and they never seemed to be correct on anything. Althought their posts were very interesting. I do not necessarily claim to be the greatest expert around but if you read my post dated June 7th, 2013. You'll see that I was right on the button with some of my theories about what is happening with the company and the Goodman/Dundee connection etcetera.

Please take note that if Goodman and his company Dundee Corporation do try something as devious as trying to buyout WOF for .10 cents a share that this would also be a conflict of interest.
Considering the WOF stock price was right around .30 cents a share when Goodman joined the board of directors. Then strangely enough around .10 cents a share when he resigned. That would not fly with anyone. Especially after he served on the board of directors for several months only to drive the stock price down to .10 cents a share and then resign once the company market cap was driven into the ground.
Hopefully Dundee Corporation will do the respectable thing and help provide "reasonable" financing terms for Woulfe Mining in the short term until long term financing is available.
In my opinion the likelihood that WOF goes into production has drastically increased due to the rising tungsten prices. Savvy investors like Ned Goodman and his Dundee Corporation know this. Meanwhile gold prices continue to struggle.
