RE:Question for the longs..

RE:Question for the longs..Chizzles, thanks for asking.  I do read this board daily still.  At one point (Feb 2012 when IMC entered into the equasion) it seemed like a very high probability that Wof was going to be a multiple bagger so I loaded up on Wof shares.  It was at the verge of going from speculative exploration to building the mine in preparation for meaningful production.  Then the whole TSXV started imploding down to lower levels than it hit in July 2008 with the housing market disaster.  For a while it looked like WOF might rise above that imploding, but then the delays started compounding such that WOF shriveled up just like nearly all of the TSXV companies.  Wof was not immune from the financial crunch.  It looked like the bank and IMC would find a way to finance the Sangdong mine, but ultimately that didn't happen.  Then Dundee made their charge and it was hoped that with their deep pockets, a way could yet be found to finance the project.  As it has turned out, Dundee seems to now have hunkered down to wait out the storm.  Similarly, Wof hunkered down and went dark (with no meaningful communications).

As I watched all of this unfolding, starting in January 2013, I started selling large chunks of my holdings in WOF, not because I didn't believe in the Sangdong mine being very viable, but because the timing seemed to indicate it was becominging increasingly more risky to hold the shares.  I sold the last of my shares a few weeks back at .135.

Chizzles, I do think Wof is likely a good buy at $.09, because the mine asset has not changed and  I do believe Dundee likely has a plan to eventually finance the mine if other outside financing is not forthcoming.  The problem is, it seems at the present they are all still hunkered down and in the dark and I am not prepared to put more money back into Wof now, even at this great price, until I see some signs of life first.  It is a question of risk tolerance.  In that regard, one must not only consider the micro-economic risk tolerance of Wof, but also the macro-economic risk tolerance of any stock on the TSXV these days.  Just my thoughts.  Some of my family still own some Wof so I am cheering for Wof and for others like you Chizzles who have stayed the course so long with Wof.
