RE:Question for the longs..

RE:Question for the longs..Hi Chizzles! Segusmundo checking in. Thanks for the nice post! We will be looking for more posts from you given your long term Woulfe tenure!

As to your curiousity question, I agree with the others. Not a lot of new information to post about that hasn't already been discussed, except shareprices and valuation. As you, I suspect all us Woulfe longs have learned some bittersweet lessons about penny stock investments through this Woulfe adventure. I think the biggest lesson I think to be true is that short term stock prices are set by short term investors (sometimes based upon no meaninful news), while long term prices are set by long term investors (presumably based upon more long term considerations).

Since May, we shareholders have received little, to no, substantive news. In spite of little, to no, substantive news, share prices and company valuation has been cut in half by short term traders. Meanwhile, there is no evidence of any meaninfully institutional selling. Thus, in this instance, short term traders have placed a .10 current value on the share price. Is this an appropriate valuation of the company? I don't think so. The last meaningfully large institutional investment in Woulfe occurred in late April, a couple of months ago, when Dundee bought approximately 3.5 million shares at .28, which, at the time, was .07 over open market prices. This was after Ned Goodman had returned from a personal visit to South Korea where he substantially "...inspected the mine, spoke to bankers, and to the people." You can see his comments at the link that follows this post.

As perhaps the most knowledgeable investor in Woulfe, I therefore believe that Dundee's .28 share valuation is the reasonable, current long term value of Woulfe stock. Therefore, as for me, I continue with confidence in the long term prospects of Woulfe. In time, and with good news, I believe long term investors will set the value of this company, and I doubt the price of the stock will be .10 a share. In the meantime, and for this reason, I continue to accumulate more Woulfe at these lower levels and, absent negative fundamental news, I will continue to acquire a greater number of shares if share prices go lower still. To each his own. Good luck to all longs! Seg.
