Reason Ned is taking so long to get things started is to first RE-NEGOTIATE their agreement for a LARGER percentage of the ownership of the tungsten they mine out of the ground...What is IMC's percentage of ownership now? Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt it close to 80% ? Thats rediculious!!!  RE-NEGOTIATE those terms with IMC Mr. Goodman as you already are planning to do.
