I am actually not too worried about IMC.  I think IMC basically gave our BOD an ultimatum by telling them to get this show on the road and to have some significant progress completed by the maturity date of the first loan (i.e. the end of this year), . The second loan maturity date is the final date IMC expect to have all the 'i's' dotted and the 'T's crossed. So far IMC is hanging in there.

I think we can expect more frequent news announcements, as other have mention, by Wof being registered on the CSE. Plus, I think Ned et al have finally got all of the remaining major shareholders in line with a plan. We should see more tangible progress going forward.
