RE:Buy out?

RE:Buy out?My thoughts on that are that the more people are buying in at 10 cents, the more votes would be yes for a lowball offer, but my feeling is that there is very little volume at these prices (hence the easy manipulation that you mention) and so not a lot of people buying in now. Most of us are probably here from the 19 cent era or possibly later when the price went into the 30's. Dundee would obviously not be able to vote on a buyout that they offered but the rest of us would, and the offer would have to be something to make us and particularly major shareholders happy. They might try to offer 20-25 cents, but I'm pretty confident that it would be shot down. Longs that would've sold at that price had ample opportunity to do so already significantly above that.

I totally agree with you that the mine is worth much more than 25 cents (I'd say at least 2-3 times that amount if not more). Even on 40 cents I'd vote no, but I can imagine that would be a point that many would say yes since they'd be in the money. I expect to see this in dollars and not cents within 3 years assuming that they get to work on building the mine in the next few monhts. I'm not sure what we're waiting on anymore?

Until then, all this day-to-day stuff is noise, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to know what is going on. I would buy more if the CSX didn't make it such a pain to do so.
