This is either bad news or the reverse, I am looking at the good side for Sang Bum Lee, which indicates that he had completed his resposibility of  planning and advise Wof for the assays, startup plans, etc.for the mine. The time element was for July/14 to end of July/14 and a blog from YYZFLEX  unofficially confirmed the timing was on schedule.

The challenge was over and his new job gave him the opportunity to start a new and planning position for another mine with Boleo mine.
