After observing Dundee Corp. in action I noticed that...
they seem to prey on weak companies that hold tremendous value in assets like Woulfe Mining. Shady underhanded business tactics (unethical business practices) is the name of the game. Rip-off the other shareholders with a lowball buyout offer on the company for pennies on the dollar. Then take it private or turn it into a subsidiary. I was watching Dundee in action with V.VOX a few months ago. Vox 360 was in the process of building a world class luxury hotel resort and casino. Then Dundee bought out the company for pennies on the dollar. Think about this for a minute. Dundee can basically do the same with Woulfe Mining. By putting the squeeze on smaller retail shareholders and other large institutional investors, who lack the backbone to stand up and put an end to the monkey business tactics currently taking place at the company. After shareholders are milked dry of their original investment monies which was used to complete a considerable amount of work on the Sangdong tungsten project. Just like Vox 360 investors who were lucky enough to receive their investment monies returned back to them. Most Vox 360 investors probably had significant losses even after the Dundee buyout. The final end result is Dundee Corp. gets a company that has tremendous value in assets or potential assets for pennies on the dollar. After company projects have had significant work done on them, off the backs of retail investors who invested in the company. Companies in the United States are not much better and are probably worse. Rich investors on Wall Street make a good living off the backs of smaller retail investors with IPO schemes/scams. They will do almost anything to cheat smaller retail investors out of a few crumbs. Rich investors and companies gain more wealth in the short term but long term consequences will be absolutely devastating for the United States and Canada. As you probably already know China recently surpassed the United States in purchasing power parity (PPP). Furthermore, China is buying up Canada's assets and farmland for pennies on the dollars along with luxury real estate in the United States. If another financial crisis similar to 2008-2009 occurs, China could step in and literally buy up massive amounts of assets/real estate in Canada and the United States.
