Dundee did not buy them; they were awarded to them as part of the loan they provided to WOF earlier.

Comment on the issuance of shares for debt:

This is actually a very good sign, since it shows that the companies that are directly working on site and have significantly more insider knowledge are seeing some sort of benefit of also accepting shares. In my point of view this is being managed well by Gaucher, since he is saving the little cash he has as much as possible. If they would have not done it this way, we would have already seen another private placement of shares for cash.

Gaucher is trying to pull this one out as much as possible with the current process of issuing the shares for services, until (hopefully!) the deal will be signed.

But I still think there will be another (last) major private placement this year prior to any deal.
