Scam or the Real Deal?

Scam or the Real Deal?
The company appears to be mismanaged by a close-knit group of sneaky shysters. It remains to be seen whether this company turns out to be a dilution scheme, well coordinated scam to drive the company bankrupt or the REAL DEAL. There's various crafty ways they can swindle the shareholders and cheat us behind closed doors. Woulfe shareholders have lost their shirts on this investment primarily from being listed on the Canadian Scammers Exchange (CSE). After observing the CSE I noticed that the companies to obtain heavy buying volume are usually pot stock scams. Why didn't CSE investors want a company like Woulfe Mining to succeed? Woulfe could have been used as a good example in order to show everyone that the CSE is a legitimate stock exchange. It's beyond me why high profile investors would want to be part of this CSE Canadian Scammers Securities Exchange which has been overrun by shady pot stock companies. Feel free to enlighten me if you have any opinions to share regarding the Woulfe Mining fiasco. Cheers!

Looking for opinions. Who has the strongest hand here? Dundee?, IMC? Could they decide to let Woulfe go bankrupt and buy the rights to the mine(s) from Woulfe for pennies on the dollar?

Good luck to all
