RE:NEWS- Proposed Merger with Almonty Industries

Sadly, this is what I feared for the past months and mentionend it in my previous posts.

They have sold it for a far too low price. 0.08 is pathetic and not well negotiated. Now you know why they kept the price so low.

They clearly chose the easy way; very disapointing from the management.

But I see no real way this can be stopped if Dundee approve. Which surprises me at that price, since their average price is higher.

Now the blue sky potential has gone, since it is diluted with all the Almonty shares and they will take their portion.

Please anybody feel free correct me, if you see anything positive for current shareholders.....

I will hold my position, but we will have to wait longer to see some decent returns.
