Does anybody know the full weighted average or value of the Dundee shares? This is how we can judge this deal. There is no way that they would go and undercut themselves at this stage.
I agree with MergeCo being bought out almost immediately after forming. The question is do they add NTC or LGO to the list to dominate the western market completely.
Follow the money and we can figure this out.
