RE:RE:RE:RE:Almonty - About 1/10th of 1% sold off due to this news announcement, hence most shareholders barely flinched.
- I would be really surprised if Korea Zinc and other major institutional investors were to go for this deal. The average cost of their shares is a lot higher than $0.20. The fact that there isn't a major selloff following this news announcement by institutional holders, indicates to me that they are not going to be bullied out of their position. This deal won't fly. Just make sure you vote at the next shareholders meeting.
- This is the 2nd attempt at unrealistic proposals over the past year (the last one being Dundee's request of voting rights on preferred shares). I think it is time the shareholders send a message by ousting the CEO at the next AGM. The CEO should represent the Best Interest of the Shareholders, and Not have their own Agenda.
