Majority of the shares are owned by Institutions.. Not sure what % is retail so I am sure they will have to support or reject for this to pass.. Dundee is apparently on board per news release and it implies other may be too so we will have to see..

Regardless, pretty pathetic first communication and a poor deal for Woulfe share holders.. Personally, I don't really know the names of the advisors to Woufe as mentioned in the new release so we will have to wait and see how kosher all of this is.. Does not inspire confidence for sure..

Shareholders have been diluted all the way, millions spent to prove the project, final feasibility study is in and they pull this stunt.. I am sure to stay away from this bunch next time I run into them..
