RE:Weather in KoreaYes there is snow in the higher elevations but not enough to stop construction of the 2018 olympic bobsled and luge courses. Construction was halted 2 weeks ago during negotiations on who was responsible for construction costs. If they can work on the surface to build these venues, underground operations can certainly occur
It is bs to think mining can only occur at certain times of the year. Has their been snow in the mountains for the past couple of years? Mining in the area should occur at least 10 months out of the year. Some on this board must think Woulfe id doing a great job.
