- Is our new CEO and the team going to leave Almonty (sometime in the future) and be solely dedicated to our company. After all, their mine will be exhausted in two years.
- If they are going to merger Almonty with us, I am still concerned about the exchange ratio of our shares to Almonty. And if the majority of shareholders turn that down (assuming Almonty is not the major shareholder), what is Black and et al going to do? Manage both companies?
This is exactly the point that I was trying to make when I said that this worried me. It is all about what WE get out of it, not the capability of our new team.
