Retail shareholders have been kept in the darkTo make an informed decision one must feel they have been presented with all the relevant information prior to voting one way or the other. WOF management have done a poor job infoming shareholders of the status of their investment. IMO the circullar is poorly prepared and does not provide a clear blueprint for the future of the company. To vote in favour or against it would be nice to feel that all the information was on the table. I do not believe that is the case here. I do wish all long term shareholders a good outcome here.
