Its around 158$ per Mtu to produce with the numbers i see

Actually, I found stupid error in my model. I had played with some scenarios and forgot 18% escalator to opex, because of inflation from PEA numbers. I forgot to take it away when updated these new numbers in hurry. So, operating costs around $200/MTU with my old APT conversion cost assumptions. With the new one 4/t it would be 168/t. But then again it would affect the price they get from APT.

And with the correction i made, it appears they used ~370 APT price, depending whether reserves already had mining dilution factored in and number of other smaller things.
