I really think we can ignore these trades. My guess is that the buyer was predetermined and it was an estate/family/friends issue or even arranging some stuff for personal taxes.

Don't forget that back on Dec 12, 2011 Brian and Amelia Wesson borrowed 1.14 million dollars from Woulfe to buy back 20 million warrants with a 5% interest rate and the full amount to be repayed by June 1, 2012.  They had another sell a few months ago where they came up with a portion of that amount, but my guess is this new $293,700 (1.1M shares @ .267) is to make another payment on that ...more
