Talk about uninformative!

So IMC has received their independent consultant's report and there obviously must be a problem. But they are going to work together and discuss and figure out the next steps in connection with the due diligence and the project.

There sure didn't seem to be a lot of optimism there. Or reassurance.

Anybody got any ideas on what the problem might be?

Both IMC and WOF need this thing to work. I can't foresee it being dead but maybe restructured! Thoughts?

Well I guess IMC don't want to walk straight away from their $5M that they have paid!!  But the PR is not good news. Always difficult to understand WOF press releases.....   Why is it so difficult to write them so they can be clearly understood.  The fact is that IMC HAD 60 days to complete DD.  Then it became 70 days, informed to investors by a presentation.  Now ...more

You hit the nail on the head jtsmith!  People most definately misunderstood the word "transaction".  What we are all seeing today is market innefficiency at its finest!  Boy do I wish I had some free money to make some money off of it.  Frankly, this NR contained nothing we didn't already know...Such a shame it was ever released.

yep!  should have waited to buy...oh well. likely I would not be able to get those 21 cent shares.

The first thing that came to mind when I read this NR is the saying, "If you have nothing to say, then don't say it".
