I read over the report many times and i really believe it was just poor wording but still reads the DD being done next week and the addition 60 days would be for crossing the T's and dotting the i's before cutting the check.

That's why a company statement would have been good but unfortunately either they don't care enough to or there is someting they don't want to say right now.
