Ok, so next week is the BIG week? I have been in this stock for the past few years, have bougth my first at 0.12 in early 2009 and have been accumulating since. I have the feeling Brian will succeed and bring this mine back to life!

Who knows? The only information I get from their recent news releases and clarifications (which don't really clarify anything) is that: a) "everything is on track", b) IMC has until some never really specified date (which was 60 days from some other imprecise date, and maybe those are "business days", but we've been sort of assuming it was end of June or early July) to

I totally agree with your post clk.  Why they couldn't just say a date for a decision on IMC in their clarification is beyond me. It was to be 60 days from FS then became 70 days for IMC decision then 70 day plus 60 extra for closing (plus flagging that this may not even be enough time).  The FS was completed 24 April, so 70 days were up last wednesday.  Yet suprise.... no NR
