keeps chugging along

Stocks gained, rebounding from yesterday’s retreat, and the euro strengthened after Germany’s economy grew more than forecast, France unexpectedly averted a contraction and U.S. retail sales rose more than predicted. Commodities rallied, while Treasuries fell and the yen weakened.

...seems that sell-side is buliding up. Another delusion today ?

The best part of the news release is near the bottom were it says that there will also be a private placement of 5mln shares @ 0.20, meaning one big buyer out there. Second if all the stock is sold and all the warrants exercised there will be about 40mln more share in the company but also 9.3 mln more in cash. This is less dilution than with the debenture and no interest to pay (a big saving). The ...more

The Company and Euro Pacific Canada Inc. have determined not to proceed with the convertible debenture offering announced on June 6, 2012. The financing announced today is a private placement not a debenture. Cheers nick

They should of worked this amount into the bank loan. Can someone explain to me why WOF management did not work this extra money into the bank loan? The bank loan is for over $100 million US dollars. What is the big deal with adding a few million more to the loan? If I was the CEO I would of not done this private placement or the convertible debt. I would of gotten the extra money through ...more

Because there is no way WOF is getting financing without the IMC deal, which no one has any idea whether it's a go or not in my opinion.

Stockexpertpro, I believe its because they need the money now.  The bank financing won't be finalized until mid October (90 day DD). whois

This raises lots of doubt as to where things are..  Not too impressed after all of the noise over last 2-3 months..  Let's hope they still have a rabit in the hat..

Whoisyourpapa, you are a careful poster and I have come to trust what you say--I sure hope you are right.  StockExpertPro, I think Hallee is correct--there will not be one penny of bank debt financing available until IMC ponies up the next $30M.  I think Woulfe has just about run out of money (because IMC is stringing Woulfe out).  It is not a situation of IMC going away--they are ...more

I want to say something but I'll be nice. I think this PP is just giving some an opportunity to get into or p/u more WOF. Watch and see at how quick the PP is filled.  This will answer some of your questions. Save the emails but you probably won't hear news until the PP is filled. I'm still thinking Sept. I wouldn't mind getting a piece of that PP though. GLTAH
