Looks like it might be at a Lawyer's office..  I did attend one, two years ago..  Depending on where it is, I might pop in..

It is AGM and scheduled date will be on November 21st per sedar.com so plenty of time for them to mail out proxy etc. to share holders.. It will be open to public.. Question is wheter any one will bother to show up if it is at a lawyer's office..  For now, location is Suite 2080-777 Hornby St.. Note to Nick.. Time to upgrade to a better location.. Ordinary annual general meetings are pretty limited by statute as to what can be transacted.  If they call it an "extraordinary meeting" then other non-statutory transactions can happen, but with such an extraordinary meeting, they have to give special notice to shareholders.  This regular annual meeting will involve the shareholders present, personally or by proxy, electing ...more

All depends on what management wants to share..  Most ordinary AGM meetings that I have attended, after the routine business of yeas to approve the paper work, there typically is an updated presentation on where things stand.. Management is also available to talk  to you one on one with any thing you want to throw at them..  And let's face it, with WOF there are going to be a ...more

TechOne, I agree with your summary.  With public traded companies, there can be a short presentation, almost similar to a state of the union address as to what the company has done over the past year and where they are headed.  Shareholders can ask questions at the meetings, but with proxy votes from the few major shareholders (who own at least 10% of shares), any statutory business is ...more
