Or possibly just one transaction, reported twice, as Majormac has pointed out. If one, then I assume it is the rest of the funds required to pay out the loan they took from the company. Bad optics for those who don't know about that loan, though. And now I am forgetting how much the loan was actually for. Better look it up. clk

No it more than covers the loan. From the Dec. 2011 Financials: 5. Loan receivable from related party: On December 7, 2011, the Company entered into a loan agreement with a company controlled by two directors of the Company. The principal amount of the loan, being $1,140,000, was advanced on December 14, 2011 with the condition that the borrower may only use the loan proceeds to acquire 9,500,000 ...more

If you look in SEDI (the official source for insider trading) you will see the sell was done by Westech International a company controled by both Amelia and Brian so only 7 mln shares were actualy sold. That would be obvious if you look at the volume for that day (7.6 mln shares total). As far as the loan being repaid I have sent an e-mail to Nick Smith (IR) who does not have the info and Brian ...more
