Well as much info as I could dig up was sent to the BC security commission so if anything of what has happened is illegal, ie failure of insider to document or Brian share/fund transfer legal or not will be determined by them

As someone else pointed out, I think, if a new party bought the shares, it wouldn't register as an insider trade because that party would not be aquiring a 10% or greater stake. They would not have to report it.

Major, you are acting as if the stockprice dropped 10 cents as a result of this trade.  I have always appreciated your posts, so I'm surprised to see you so volatile.  It's all OK, the fundamentals of the mine don't change regardless of what Brian has done.  Just because he made a wad of cash does not somehow bar you from making a wad as well.  The 7 million shares ...more

I am not sure what the exitement is all about.. That is why we have a BOD.. Brian borrowed from the company and that was approved by the board members, some of whom have a ton of shares in the company.. We don't know the terms of the deal in terms of collateral except for the fact that the amount was to be paid back by a fixed date..  I am assuming here that the loan has been paid back ...more

Hence my calling the cross-over of 7M shares a distraction, pulling us away from the more important things.  I see the most important things recently on the table as being: 1.  IMC advancing the $35M. 2.  The bank financing being advanced. 3.  An update to the feasibility study numbers, including the significantly lower Korean OPEX costs recently announced, the updating the ...more
