Canon, the Victoria meeting today is at 1pm PST, or 4pm Toronto time. M1Das, the Shinhan Bank loan will not happen before the $35M from IMC.  It is a bit of a chicken and egg story, because no doubt IMC will not give the $35M unless they have assurances from the Bank that the Woulfe loan will follow, but that said, it is the $35M from IMC that will activate the bank loan in motion.   ...more

Are we the only one to understand which comes first, IMC or Bank Loan? READ the Sangdong project description, on their website, NRs or whatever. It clearly states that the project is financed by the IMC $35 mil AND the bank loan. This implies that the bank loan in itself is insufficient to carry the project. Why would the bank loan Woulfe money if that were the case. It's the IMC $35 mil that ...more

Sounds like market close to me. I have said all along both financings will be done at the same time. IMC WOF and the bank are all talking simutaniously and they may be announced seperatly but in reality both want a guarantee that the other is in. I have no idea why anyone thinks these deals are made in isolation of one another.
