Just a Thought

IF and when we do get the confirmation of the deal with IMC+Bank and the money is forwarded to us, what I'd like to see management do is to use some of that cash to buy back shares.

I don't have the Capex numbers handy, but some of the $35 mil. should be used to reduce the overall float. Someone could correct me on this, but shouldn't the $150 line of credit plus another $35 mil. for the plant be enough to bring Sangsong into production? We could use $10-20 mil. towards the buyback.

What happens if they run into hiccups during startup and cashflow is delayed?  What if a major ...more

So if the deal happens, WOF will have $35 mil. cash at signing and access to $150 mil. credit plus another $35 mil. for the plant. So how long would $185 mil. last and when do think that would be? 9, 12 months from now? Let's say we have delays, which of course is very likely, with $185 mil. spent we would be much closer to production. Given the fact that this deal is based on a 90% offtake, i ...more
