Intirim CEO

I think everybody knows that Hubert Marleau is just a CEO of time. As i understand the defination of intirim CEO. So what is going on behind the scene? Nobody knows it.

What i am very glad about it is that Brian Wesson and his wife, (i did never know what she was doing for the company), is out of that. I am so glad about that. I never liked this guy and i think he did an awful job.

But that is just my opinion.

So what i hope is that imc or even korea zinc are willing to lead this mine, bring it to production and bring us the bucks. This stock with this ugly dilution over the last three years, and that was also because of the incompitence of Mr. Brian Wesson. The rising in the market cap is also because this stock was diluted that much. So what did Brian Wesson do for the shareholders. Two heads of agreements. But no closing deal. Thank you Mr. Wesson. He isnt a smart guy, he just thinks he is a clever guy. But not too clever too lead this company.

What we need is a consortium of big steel manufactors and related companies in korea who will bring back this mine into production. That is a way too survive.

May be we will see a roll back next. That could happen. Not to think about it. A stock like this.

good luck

whats going on behind scenes is anyones guess... Clearly the uncertainty in the Koreas is not helping. Mr marleau may have been brought in to divest this asset for a takeover and then maybe WOF will move on to its gold play? Im more confused now then ever, lets just hope that they have the shareholders in their best interest, because at the end of the day the sangdong  mine is a valuable ...more

In my opinion the only uncertainty is whether North Korea will survive as a country. South Korea has a very bright future ahead of it.

In my opinion the only uncertainty is whether North Korea will survive as a country. South Korea has a very bright future ahead of it. Why South Korea? This was printedon Feb 27: Constable, who expects financing to be concluded in April or May, says the company may appoint an interim CEO with experience in dealing with the financial aspects of the business for a few months. A permanent successor, whose key strength is project development will then be chosen, though IMC is not expected to play a part in selecting candidates for either role.

I can appreciate the slow process in the selection of a permanent CEO and the appointment of new directors. Given the partnership with IMC as part of Hathaway group of companies that must conform to Warren Buffett's business plan of conduct, of having the best management team running the business and be in compliance with Security Regulators and its guidelines. ( patience is required and we ...more

Look to the South Korean stock market, Kospi for evaluating the risk posed by the rising tensions on the Korean Peninsula. The Kospi has not shown any major reaction to the political situation.   One other thing to keep in mind is that for the last some 40 years, there's always been rising rhetoric and tension after the presidential elections in South Korea. Usually, North Korea will ...more
