Deals Do Not Take this Long to Complete!

Anyone who has a little bit of common sense knows that a business deal does not take this long to complete. The huge Buffett Heinz deal was completed in a relatively short time frame and the Berkshire Hathaway buyout of IMC was done fairly quick. Both of these were huge billion dollar business deals. Woulfe Mining is a measly few hundred million dollars and amounts to pocket change for most billion dollar companies. What is the freaking problem? This is a total waste of time, money, energy, protracted legal fees, down time and just plain stupid to drag out a small deal like this for months going on years now. It doesn't make any business sense and it is BACKWARDS!!!!!!!!!!

It reads to me like Dundee came in and identified technical defiencies with the mine design.     " technical aspects, considerable test work"!  This is what is holding everything up.   Financing, IMC  Deals cannot be made based on a poor mine plan.   Hence the shakeup! Whatever is going on, it is going to take a long time to locate that shirt I lost!
