Attention: Woulfe Mining Shareholders

According to Metal-Pages, interim CEO Hubert Marleau believes a funding deal with IMC is unlikely to happen without IMC receiving proof that resources from a previous feasibility study can be delivered.

“We have every reason to believe right now that the feasibility is going to be OK, but we have to prove it, which means maybe three months of drilling,” Marleau told Metal-Pages.

The board and Marleau “recognize the seriousness of these issues, including the potential ability to advance its key Sangdong Tungsten Project.” Woulfe is expecting production from the South Korean project to be delayed until the final quarter of 2014. For the sake of reference, production was originally scheduled for the first quarter of 2013.

IMC Completes Due Diligence And Moves Toward Closing Strategic Transaction With Woulfe Mining Corp

Thursday, 20 Sep 2012 08:30am EDT
Woulfe Mining Corp announced that it has received confirmation from IMC International Metal Working Company (IMC) that IMC is satisfied with the results of its due diligence of the Sangdong project, as required by the transaction agreements executed on February 26, 2012 (the Transaction Agreements), and will be working toward closing its investment in the Sangdong project, subject to the remaining conditions to the transaction.

Attention: Woulfe Mining Shareholders - Why does Woulfe Mining have to do another feasibility study on the Sangdong tungsten project for IMC? If IMC was satisfied with the results of their due diligence on the Sangdong tungsten project. Like Woulfe Mining claims in their news release several months ago.
This doesn't make any sense and seems misleading. Why does IMC need proof that resources from a previous feasibility study can be delivered? I think the Woulfe Mining shareholders need to get to the bottom of this.
