Insider Buying
Dundee has about 40 million shares and hasn't sold one of them which is a good sign. They paid approximately 30 cents a share. That is a very good sign. On the flip side,the current share price is one third of that and they haven't bought one single share. That isn't a very good sign. I am confused why they haven't done either.
Any thoughts?

A good question. Onepossibility is that if they are negotiating re doing some financing, they could be subject to a black-out. This is fairly common if doing a deal.
