Note that GCIC Ltd and Dundee Corp are both a part of Dundee. GCIC Ltd. is DundeeWealth’s investment management division. It is a leading Canadian investment company offering comprehensive investment services that cover the entire spectrum of choice, including the Dynamic family of mutual funds, tax-advantaged products and customized high net worth programs.Dundee Corporation is a Canadian ...more

I thought Resinco Capital Partners (RIN) owed 27 million shares of Woulfe. Does anybody know why their name isn't on this list? As far as I know they were never posted as selling any of their shares and they are considered insiders. John Icke is Resinco's CEO and he is on the board of WOF. I hope they still own Woulfe shares, and own enough of Recinco's shares. Can somebody let me know ...more

Because the CNBC referenced site is often inaccurate. They have never shown Resinco as a shareholder.

Hi Ark, Where can we find out the accurate info on who holds Woulfe's shares? Thanks in advance, Chizzles

The one and only resource that retail investors have is SEDI. A word of caution. Notwithstanding those deemed an insider (a.k.a. management, board etc.) the day after someone has less than 10%, they are not required to post their activity on SEDI.

According to SEDI, they ceased being an insider Dec 23, 2010. Does that just mean that they have less than 10% of Woulfe's shares or they sold? I also can't find out how many shares they own. Even when I click on dundee it doesn't say how many shares they have. Am I using it wrong? I would like to know what percentage everybody owns. Sorry and thanks again Ark, your helping to make me ...more

Quotemedia.com insider transaction reports indicate that in the last two years two "Colonial" insiders,Colonial First State Assest Management (Australia) Limited and The CFS (Colonial First State) Wholesale Global Resources Fund(together): acquired approximately 72 million Woulfe shares between 2010 and 2012 (virtually all from warrants and private sales) at an average .14 share cost ...more

Thanks Seg. You always go very in depth with your explanations, very appreciated. Do you know if  Resinco Capital still own Woulfe shares? Do you own any (just curious)? Have you spoken to management at all or do you wait for the NR's to get your info? I spoke to Mr. Marleau a while ago and he told me that he went with Mr. Goodman to Isreal about a month ago. Of course he couldn't ...more

Hi Chizzles. Thanks for your post . As to your questions, my data as to insiders is from SEDAR.com. They don't show Resinco as a Woulfe insider. I don't know if Resinco owns any Woulfe, and I don't own any Resinco shares. Last, I have never spoken with Mr. Marleau, or anyone on the board. Thus, I have no clue on the internal dynamics or personalities of management.  I do rely on ...more

Thanks Seg. I truly believe we will have news (good or bad) soon, I don't think Woulfe has enough money to go much further as per their last news release...I do have a gut feeling it will be good news in the form of long term aid by dundee corp but it is just a feeling...although my gut has been wrong now many times with Woulfe the last few years. I assume Dundee is the broker who is negotiating the short/long term Woulfe financing.  I feel confident that a plan is underway but that its details will be carefully disclosed only by news releases, not telephone calls. This is in contrast with the prior haphazard and sophomoric way "speculative" news was previously dispensed during the Brian Wesson era.  Virtually ...more

We just need something. Any step in the right direction should drive the stock price up to a reasonable price again. Nine cents sounds way too penny stock, .20-.30 cents sounds like an undervalued stock with potential with the right news release, as it was before. I just hope the financing doesn't take too much away from us shareholders, although at this point almost anything is okay with me ...more
