so far I have not even received any official information on AGM.. Besides, looks like it will be at their Lawyer's corporate offices where I have attended couple of times.. May or may not go this time although it is local for me..

TechOne, if no one else on this board is attending the AGM, I am sure it would be appreciated by many, myself included, if you would go and provide us with an update on when we can expect the IMC deal to be signed and what the next steps for WOF are.
