One hour later, from the last post, we are now close to 450,000 volume and the stock is still down -8.7% one business day before the long anticiated AGM. All these 'insignificant' volume days, as you point out, have brought the stock down near its 52week low.

Yes insignificant. They are all small trades that still add up to... insignificance. You need to sell if you don't understand this trade, if you can't see the bigger picture. Ask yourself: What is the smart money doing? GLASL

....and 99.8% of the shareholders are holding their shares. What does that tell ya?

The one thing that would keep me optomistic is that Dundee (who holds over 50 mil shares) would not benefit from this. I would figure that since they have deep pockets and can avoid further dilution they would do what they have to do to avoid it. Just trying to remain optomistic. Chizzles

A big stakehholder can be your best ally or your worst enemy. It's necessary to be optimistic but with eyes wide open. The best strategy for me is to understand their strategy/motive and try to align one's investment accordingly.

Thanks for your in depth explanation. Simply, I am hoping for the best outcome for the shareholders regarding the pending financing and that we all get our necks above water soon.

I agree with your posts Kilgor. . . Also for those of us who have been around for a while we'll remember that there have been 2 previous failed attempts at debentures. whois
