Big Picture.....

- Lets say 350K shares are traded daily (which most of the time fewer shares are traded, but we will use this number for the simplicity of calculations).

-With 350M o/s (we round it again for the simplicity of calculations), that means only 0.001% are traded daily.

- Lets assume trading is every Mon-Fri, which gives us 260 (5x52) trading days.

- Lets assume that every share traded are by unique shareholders throughout the year.

- This means only 0.26% (260 x 0.001%) of the shareholders are trading or 99.74% are holding their shares annually.

- We have a major shareholder who have excized their option to maintain their 10% ownership.

- We have another major shareholder who is taking advantage of the opportunities to increase their share ownership through the issuance of new shares.

- We have a partner willing to purchase our final product and has provided additional loans and extended additional loans to tie us over until we get to production.

Based upon these facts, what do you think is the probability of this stock Not getting to Production? So is the risk worth it?

Kilgor, the way you calculated that makes me want to max out my line of credit on my house and put everything into Woulfe!!! "The Big Picture", I have to agree 100% (which I have been agreeing with you a lot lately)...yet...why does it not "feel" that good? I am in this until the end, good or bad, as most of us are, yet, there seems to be so much negativity lately surrounding ...more

I would like to make a few points Chizzles.... - Although Wof appears to be a good deal, I don't advocate betting the farm on this stock.  Here is an analogy I use and in fact the best investors use the same approach. Think of investing as a game.  The only way to play the game is by having funds to invest. By putting all of your funds in one basket, you are taking the risk of ...more

Thanks Kilgor...just for the record, I was just kidding about betting the farm..although quite a big portion of my farm is riding on Woulfe. I have more in Woulfe than any other stock in my portfolio, by far. As I have stated in the past, I have never seen so many millionaires (and billionaires) involved in a penny stock. If this  ever gets rolling there is so much possible money backing us ...more

Greatest story of all time...... I am not as optimistic as you are. I think we will be around $2 over the next 3 years and perhaps reaching a ceiling of $4 which is really contingent upon how financing is going to be done for building the mine.  Generally speaking, preferred shares are a form of debt for a company and our management looks like they want to use this as a facility to raise ...more

The outstanding shares for Woulfe Mining will not increase. The IMC deal is based on the Sangdong tungsten assets. IMC will not receive shares of stock in the company.
Comment by kilgor on Mar 06, 2014 12:49pm
....and you may be right GO.  If the number of o/s doesn't increase, then the NPV decreases by 25% as IMC owns that portion of the resource.
Comment by Dickles on Mar 06, 2014 11:25am
Thanks Kilgor for your thoughts. Have you considered the cost of Tungsten rising in your price assumption? Call me an optimist but I think this can move quite a bit higher depending on how much dilution we get before any financing announcement. I am in it for the long run to $4 or higher but it would be nice to get moving. Yes this won't make me rich but I have my eye on some nice classic cars ...more

First of all I would like to thank lastpick for pointing out an error in one of my calculations.... I stated: "With 350M o/s (we round it again for the simpicity of calculations), that mean only 0.001% are traded daily." 350K traded daily / 350M os = 0.001 or 0.1%. This error in my calculation kind of deflates my original argument. So perhaps I should have phrased it as ...more

Isn't the price of tungsten not important? Wasn't IMC going to be sold 90% of all the tungsten at our mine as per the agreement? If that is the case, I don't think the actual price that tungsten is trading at will be relavant, although, this was quite a while ago so my memory is a bit foggy on this. Chizzles

The price of tungsten is important, but I am sure IMC will get a discount off the market price. I would also think the price they would pay would adjust periodically to market rates.

This is the day: @ High Noon that the Big Picture will be revealed. Possibly a major suprise and finally the speculation will come to an end. And; WOF will be wolfing onto CSE. as a top volume trader and price increase performer saying goodbye to most day traders, speculators and attracting major international institutional investors. Best of luck to all Do Your DD

Dont we all wish!!!!  There will also be rainbows in the sky and a chicken for every pot.  Does anyone have the new symbol on the CSE, my system shows no info for wof.  GLTA longs.
Comment by chizzles on Mar 07, 2014 10:19am
The symbol will remain WOF but it will only start trading on Monday on the CSE.

Kilgor wrote: It is going to take a while for our share price to appreciate to $4/share as I think we will be taken over by Buffet in our 4th-5th year of mining, after all the heavy lifting has been done and everything is gift wrapped. So getting rich off this stock...... I think that is questionable, but one could only hope. Read more at https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.wof ...more

I guess it all depends on your definition of rich, but $400K could buy some nice antique cars.
Comment by chizzles on Mar 06, 2014 8:04pm
I'm not at antique cars yet...at this point of my life, anything six digits is rich!! :-) Chizzles
