golf course to the north
There really is nothing much to discuss until the CSE monthly comes out and even then there will be probably nothing new this time. The golf course to the north is one of several multi-purpose resorts north of Sangdong: fall-winter skiing, spring-summer golfing. The big one is Gangwon Hotel and Casino. Never been there, but nice place I am told. Ski/golf resorts could be Gaucher's real interest in the area? Korean Kondos?
More seriously: Woulfe currently burns about 150k per month to maintain a technical crew at Sangdong and minimal management in Canada. With the new loan, they now should have enough to pay off Almonty in April and keep things going through May. Hopefully somebody with brains is planning this through and has figured three months will be enough to complete the deal, get financing and start construction by June. else Mr. Mayor of Sangdong may be tempted to start his theme park next door - with underground rides perhaps?

Dundee 360 will be building a year-round recreational mixed-use real estate development in Gangwon Province. This will be a liesure, tourism, and commercial hub.
