$450K Bridging Loan ?

Volfram, could you please lend some light, (in layman's terms), on what a bridging loan is :- - A show of faith ? ; - A way to keep the cogs oiled and continue slowly, until ready for construction ? ; - A stalling tactic for something more damaging to the cause, (of who will be supreme owner / commander). - Or all / part of the above ? 'BRIDGE LOAN' As the term implies, these loans "bridge the gap" between times when financing is needed. They are used by both corporations and individuals and can be customized for many different situations. I guess it says that the current situation is good, just waiting for financing, which is what we want. Just curious, does that mean that we wont get financing from Dundee? Would Dundee finance the bridge loan to complete financing with Dundee or does that mean the financing will come from elsewhere?

I don't think it matters where the loan comes from, only the terms. But the fact that Dundee provided a loan with the only stiplulation of an interest payment is an indicator of them believing that Wof will be producing revenue one day soon and that the financing should be done in the months ahead.
