Board of Directors

So our old board rejects Allmonty's initial offer stating that they did not think it was a good deal for shareholders.Soooo.... you fire the ceo, replace him with the ceo of Allmonty..... fire the decenting board members, replace them with Allmonty guys.... submitt a new offer (worse than the previously rejected one) and have it unanimously recommended for acceptance by the new board of directors. Yep, all sounds above board, nothing to worry about here. Good corperate governance and the highest levels of business ethics and integrity on display here.
