Couple of questions

First: Why did the latest FS (dated June first) was released in july only 2 days before the new takeover offer. This was insider information and was surely used by Almonty.

Second: I want to know why the first offer was turned down, this is capital information for us to decide if the reasons that let to this are still relevant today.

Answer both of these questions properly and then I can decide if I vote yes or no.

I think the answer to your first question is, they didn't our share price to have a chance at gaining momentum. It makes it easier for the low ball offer. They are conditioning us to expect the other shoe to drop everytime good news appears. Only insiders will truely know why the first offer was turned down. Most likely it was because something they could get in trouble with the regulatory
