Ameritrade brokerage question

Hi all.  Can someone shed some light as to what exactly will happen to American investors, that have shares through a brokerage such as Ameritrade, when the agreement is fully transacted?  Specifically, i do not see a ticker symbol for Almonty and am curious as to how one would go about obtaining/trading the new Almonty security?  I have yet trade on the tsx so any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Also if you are in the same postion as myself, what are your intentions regarding taxes...do you plan to claim a capital loss/gain?  I do not have any foreign stock trading experience so this is very murky.  This board has been extremely helpful and I look forward to hearing what you have to say.  Thank you

Almonty trades in the US on the Grey Market under the symbol ALMTF . You don't have to take a capital gain/loss unless you sell your shares. The proposed arrangement is just a tranfser of shares. Your WFEMF shares will become ALMTF shares if the arrangement is approved. You should have received your Woulfe Mining Circular in the mail. You can vote for or against the arrangement by scanning the
